About this space
The boats are rentable if you are an experienced boatsman (you should be able to navigate using a Garmin plotter). Driver must hold a valid boatsman licence or be born before 1980. Kvernø 720 (alu 24 ft) with a 9′ Garmin plotter and saparate Garmin sonar. Yamaha F200 engine.
We are at the border of the North Sea in the north Atlantic ocean. The weather can swap through four seasons in a day, but that’s a part of the attraction and the beauty.
As we are registered fish camp, our guests are allowed to export 18 kg of fish pr person.
The space
A large open space for a kitchen, dining area and sofa nook. Two bedrooms. Master bedroom with high quality 180cm wide bed and from here you have grandiose sea view. A large window as well as a sliding door that goes from floor to ceiling.
Bedroom 2 has a bed of 160 cm. The bed has a window with a view of the sea.
The bathroom is stylish and inviting.
The whole house is surrounded by a flat.
In the hallway you will find washing machine and a place to hang outerwear.
The house has a total of four large sliding doors.
Guest access
The whole place, except locked rooms in hallway.
Other things to note
Sewage outlet is connected to a pump station under the house. The toilet therefore does not withstand that it is thrown away e.g. napkins, cleaning wipes, cotton, pantry insert, sanitizer, tampons, condoms, etc. This will lead to the clog of the toilet/pump and a cost from, among other things, the plumber who will be charged to the tenant. Only toilet paper (in addition to “the natural”) is to be used in the toilet.
Wooden utensils and sharp knives are not to be used in the dishwasher.
No cutting directlyon the kitchen counter.
Frying top extractor fan is turned on with arrow keys in the middle of the long side of the frying top. It is important that there are no objects on top of where the fan comes up. The engine can be destroyed if that happens.
