Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation within:
- 48 hours after booking will give you a full refund.
- 7 days before check-in date will give you a 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before check-in date will result in no refund.
General House Rules
Check-in after 16:00 and check-out before 12:00 using key-box.
Maximum number of listed guests per cabin is not to be exceeded.
No pets.
No smoking.
No parties or large gatherings.
Normal house rules also apply. No knife cutting directly on counters. No wooden utensils in dish washer.
Remove bed sheets and bring trash to nearby environment station upon exit.

Safety
Some of the cabins do not have a carbon monoxide alarm.
Smoke alarm in all cabins.
Some cabins require adult supervision, due to heights with limited railing or close proximity to the ocean.
