We serve food made with a focus on local ingredients such as fish, shellfish, and all the goodness the sea has to offer. The fish we serve is caught by local fishermen, the meat comes from Hitra Farm Food, and the vegetables are grown by Helgebostad Horticulture here at Hitra.
